Training for Trainers LABS will provide the knowledge and skills needed to deliver the LEADERLABS 10 Essential Skills of Executive Leadership Eight-Lab Program. At the conclusion of the training, participants will receive certification authorizing use of Dr. Garmon’s fundamental design, content, slides, and ideas to build their own training programs, carrying on the LeaderLabs’ tradition of “Developing the Leader in You.”

Being able to deliver the 10 ES program begins with knowing the content extremely well. Therefore, each participant, prior to the LABS, is REQUIRED to watch and take notes on all 25 30-minute video sessions before attending, even if you’ve graduated previously from the LeaderLab programs. Without a thorough knowledge of the content, you will not be able to facilitate the program. You must become a SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT (SME) on the concepts, theories, and models presented in the material. The people in your audience MUST see you as an SME if you are to earn their trust.

The T for T LAB will not only study the substantive content of the 10 ES program but the training will also explore the process of facilitating the training itself. We will discuss teaching techniques that will assist in building the confidence needed to deliver the content while facilitating learning that ensures retention. For this reason, it is preferred that you have taken at least one of my LeaderLabs’ programs prior to these Labs to be familiar with how to teach and present the material.

It is my desire to find select individuals with a passion, commitment, initiative, and a disciplined work ethic; people I can pour myself into with the hope of continuing and enlarging the Christian leadership development revolution that has been started.
