What is Benchmarking?

A patented process that provides us with the ability to determine skills and knowledge needed for a specific position or job.

"If the JOB or POSITION could talk," it would, therefore, clearly define the knowledge and people skills needed for superior performance.

Long-term superior performance is directly related to job FIT.

“Job FIT,” in simple terms is having the talent and skills that the job requires.

Most people match some, but not necessarily all job requirements.

When this happens, we have a GAP.

The gap is nothing more than an area for development.

This process creates a report informing us how to create a training and personalized

development plan for our ministers in various positions.
